Staying at Riad Amour was one of the highlights of our trip and definitely a big part of our wonderful experience in Marrakech. The Riad is quiet, beautiful and clean, and it’s walkable distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. As two girls traveling alone, we felt safe both in the Riad and around the neighborhood. The biggest highlight of Riad Amour is the incredible hospitality and kindness we experienced from our host Ayoub. From the very beginning he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and cared for. He kindly came to meet us where our taxi dropped us off and guided us through the medina, which immediately made us feel much more comfortable in a place that can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Later he also showed us the way to the main street before we had gotten used to navigating the medina ourselves. His genuine kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay special and made us feel more like guests in someone’s home than just visitors. It’s also worth mentioning the very delicious breakfast that was served every morning with great care and a smile. We also chose to have dinner at the riad, and it was absolutely delicious and a wonderful experience in itself. I would highly recommend staying here. Wir durften drei Tage zwei Nächte in diesem Riad verbringen und waren begeistert. Etwas schwer zu finden beim ersten mal Marrakesch. Begrüßt wurden wir mit einem Tablett mit Oliven, Nüssen und einer Kanne Pfefferminztee. Unser Zimmer war nicht riesig mit einem Queensizebett und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Our stay here was fantastic. The host met us where our taxi dropped us off, helped us with our bags, and welcomed us with tea and snacks. On our first evening in the city, he personally guided us to the main street and explained the best way to navigate the medina, which was incredibly helpful for first-time visitors. The riad itself has been beautifully renovated and is kept very clean. It’s quiet and has a calm atmosphere that makes it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the busy streets of Marrakech. We had dinner here on our second night, and it was absolutely delicious, just like the generous breakfast served every morning. We had the most wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech last weekend, and I can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations. The riad itself is absolutely charming — beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting, with that authentic Marrakech touch. Everything was spotless, and our room was serviced every single day with the utmost discretion. It was always perfectly clean and fresh without us ever being disturbed. Breakfast was another highlight — generous, fresh, and very tasty. It was the perfect start to our mornings. What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the service and the people, especially from Ayoub. He went far beyond what we expected. He organized all our transportation, and he even walked with us whenever we were going out to make sure we felt safe, including late at night. As a group of girls traveling together, this gave us so much peace of mind. He was always smiling, incredibly attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed at any time. His kindness and professionalism really made us feel cared for in the most genuine way. I’ve been to Marrakech several times before, and this was by far the best place I’ve stayed. From the cleanliness, to the food, to the outstanding hospitality, everything was perfect.
